Barografy

Barograph aneroid is usually, but equipped with a mechanism that allows a continuous record of pressure readings. It is used normally when it is necessary to continuously monitor changes in pressure. Instead of advice, the device is fitted on recorder, recording changes in pressure in the form of the curve on the paper tape may be wound on the rotating cylinder. Because of friction with the stylus paper, in terms of accuracy, barograph may not equal the aneroid scale and fitted with a guide. In order to achieve better sensitivity constructed a more sophisticated version of this device, called the mikrobarografem. Performs on a graph of pressure changes in a much enlarged scale, with an accuracy of 0.5 mm Hg. In general, mechanical barografy are reliable, cheap and easy to use.
