Aneroid

In 1843 Italy Lucien Vidi invented an entirely new kind of barometers. Called aneroid, which literally means "without liquid". The simplest form is usually closed aneroidu metal tin filled with air. Often it is called the bellows. Bellows volume changes under the influence of changes in atmospheric pressure. The increase in pressure causes the pressure is growing on a can, which is shrinking. On the contrary, when the pressure drops, can be extended. O ye bellows are made from thin sheet metal usually from the alloy of nickel and silver. The lateral walls are corrugated, to ensure greater compliance. Sometimes the subject is placed inside the spring to force the expansion of the container along with a decrease in pressure. In other cases, they must provide sufficient elasticity wall.
